What a fun day.. This morning Sienna came out with blotchy red rashes all over her arms, back, stomach, legs.. everywhere.
I took her to the GP whom said "Maybe its a viral rash or an allergy, but go to the hospital anyway" so I took her to the private hospital. $168 later he tells me it’s most likely a virus causing the rash and she never did have German Measles at all. Nothing can be done other than keep an eye on her and it should go away by itself. He even wondered if it was slapcheek (I think I suggested that one to Bec when it first happened).
Anyway we came home for lunch at 2:30pm!! Ack. When we went to see the GP at the medical centre they somehow dropped Sienna from the list of people to see the doctor so when I asked what had happened they said "Oh! Yeah. She was supposed to have gone in already but I got someone else instead".
I picked up my Cortisone nasal spray today. The chemist took 15 minutes to work out some old lady’s medicine’s cash register code to type in so we had to stand around waiting while four employees of the chemist all tried to work it out together. Three old ladies (including the pharmicist) and another younger woman whom looked to be on her "L Plates".
