A while ago I made a VCD with Blake and Sienna on it. Movies and still images.
Today, Blake decided he wanted to take it to Sydney but he needed a dvd case to transport it in. So, he grabs the A Bugs Life dvd and smashes it, then puts it in the garbage along with the dvd case. Next, he gets out a Futurama dvd case and takes the paper insert out of it and throws that in the garbage bin and puts the VCD into the case and hides it in his cupboard to take to Sydney.
DOES ANY OF THAT MAKE SENSE TO ANYBODY???!?!
Apparently it does to him in his autistic world. I need a dvd case. The only way to get one is to get a case from a dvd, smash the dvd in the case (cos you need a reason to throw away the dvd) and take the case and throw everything else in the garbage and hope nobody notices.
This is the sort of reasoning Blake has which we have been trying to understand all these years.
The VCD is broken so I put it in the garbage too. I looked in his cupboard and found all sorts of things belonging to the rest of the family which he decided he likes so he took and hid them in his cupboard so they would be for him only. He took Sienna’s teddy bears, the broken wheel off the vacuum cleaner (?!) and a cap of mine. We are going to have to go through his cupboard before he leaves and reclaim all of our things he decided he wanted to take for himself!
At first, before I knew what was going on, I asked him "Why did you put the DVDs in the garbage bin?". He says "That’s a very hard question to answer!". WTF?!?!!

Blake is crack up! It might not make sense to you but hey makes sense to him.
