		<description>Sounds like it might be time for you to make the nice little Micfo add dissappear from your webpages. 

I'm hosted with them too and really haven't had too many problems, I think its a case of a host that has got too big too fast and haven't expanded support services quick enough.

The first level of tech support is pretty terrible and really causes more trouble than good. However once the problem gets escalated up the support chain, the problem is usually eventually resolved.

As to being banned, I think the admins work on the principle of "guilty until proven innocent". I wish you luck because it seems (from threads on the support forum), that once they get it in their mind that it is your site causing the problem, your history.

Now having said that, I'm quiet happy with my hosting at Micfo, it's reasonably reliable, fulfills my needs and it is dirt cheap!!!!!!!</description>
