Let’s hope the system works!

I sent an email to my member for parliament about my ADSL issue and received a reply within the hour!

Thanks for your email, we have received other complaints from new suburbs in the area for the same problem.
The provision of these services are a Federal responsibility and Bernie Ripoll who is the Labor Federal Member for the area has been raising this issue on behalf of residents. Because of this I have forwarded your complaint to his office for direct action as he will be able to assist and pursue this matter quicker and easier that us.

    Hey,

    I found your plugin quite useful.

    Did anything at all happen and did you get a broadband assurance?

    I am wired, I have ADSL but no service guarantee, that means it can go down anytime due to wiring issues… :(

    I can empathize.

    No. No chance of broadband in the near or far future so I got a refund on my ADSL modem.
