I saw on one of those current affair type shows last night a report on a berry called Goji. It has the highest antioxidants level out of anything and higher vitamin C levels than anything else as well.  You can get them either dried in packets or buy them in juice form. I went to Healthy Life today and bought the last packet of dried berries on the shelf for $25. You eat around 25 a day (put it on your weetbix!) and it lasts for about 3 weeks anyway, so around $1 a day is very good. I was going to find some multivitamins to buy but decided this will do anyway.. probably better for me at any rate :)

    Wow, sounds like a bit of a super fruit. If you are looking for a decent multivitamin, try Centrum (spelling?) it doesn’t taste bad, the pill is a good size and it packs loads of stuff in there I know I am missing everyday :)

    What so gojis taste like?

    Just like berries. They come in dried form like sultanas but taste better than sultanas.

    Hi. I have tried taking goji juice and it really works. I feel better now, I mean I feel well all the time. The juice helped me with my digestion problems.
