Has anyone come across this issue? I thought perhaps it was to do with the Windows Search Deskbar program. If I right-click on the iTunes icon in the System Tray, the Taskbar menu pops up underneath it at the same time and gets the focus of the mouse pointer unless I move the pointer to the far right 10 pixels or so out of it’s reach. I can fix it by clicking elsewhere and trying a few more times, but often the Taskbar menu won’t go away until I click on something in the list.

Yep, I have that periodically…. never really worried about it, it just goes away… for a while
For clicking something in the list, just clicking on one of the separator bars works too
