Chiropractor and new Microsoft Ergonomic Natural Keyboard 4000

Yesterday my back was playing up a lot so I went to the Chiropractor one of the guys at work uses. He cricked up my back somewhat and today it feels a lot better. I also bought one of those exercise balls that you pump up, to sit on while using my computer. He advised sitting on it only for about 20 mins at first — to get used to it. It’s a bit low and my monitor is way high so I dumped the ball into my round slouch chair and can perch on top of it and am at a better height than sitting on my office chair hehe. I have to go back on Tuesday for my next appointment.

My ergo keyboard was very old and dirty and I’d read some reports on the interweb you can put your keyboard in the dishwasher. I pulled all the electronics out of it that I could and tried it. FAIL! After reassembling it seemed to work but pressing Q gave the output ‘qa/’ and pressing M gave ‘mkj’ so time to get a new one. I had a look in Harvey Norman but they didn’t have any on display to try out so I went to Officeworks and picked up a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. It’s pretty nice, however it doesn’t have a USB Hub in it.. dammit! Oh well. The image is really big so be careful if you click on the thumbnail below…
