After doing the Detox diet it appears Red Wine may have been a culprit in causing me to have interrupted sleep patterns with lack of oxygen during the night. During the detox I don’t remember having any issues sleeping. As soon as it was over I had a glass of red wine on Thursday night and another on Friday night. Both nights I had trouble sleeping. I had trouble breathing at times since my sinuses closed up somewhat and I had terrible nightmares.
I tipped the rest of the bottle down the sink and will see how it goes once I have it all out of my system. Last night I slept rather well.
The night before last I started using the "3 step lessons" function on my new Casio CTK 810 keyboard to teach myself to play "London Bridge". I had fun learning the key sequences and it was easy to figure out how it all works. I’m going to try and dedicate 30-60 mins each night to learning to play music. Once I have my credit cards successfully paid off I’m going to get some actual lessons. I did email a local teacher about lessons a couple of weeks ago but have not heard back so have decided to wait until things are all paid off first.

I hope this isn’t something which is going to happen often. It was at 6:30am. Lucky I was already awake.
ET breaks the news that comedian George Carlin has died from heart failure. The man who made famous the "seven words you can never say on television" passed away at 5:55 p.m. Sunday at Saint John’s Hospital in Santa Monica, his longtime publicist said. He was 71.
Carlin, who has had several heart attacks and a history of cardiac issues, went into the hospital this afternoon after complaining of heart problems.
Carlin has more than 20 comedy albums, 14 HBO specials, numerous TV and movie roles, and three best-selling books to his credit. Last year, he celebrated his 50th year in show business, and he had just finished his last HBO special in March, "It’s Bad for Ya."
This happens to be the best computer game I’ve ever played! I love Mario Party 8. It’s fun. It’s exciting! It’s amazingly addictive and entertaining. There must be 50 or so mini games to play plus more to unlock. You can play against other friends or just the computer. I’ve only played against the computer and had a fun time. I reckon if I had other friends I could play it with, it’d be even more amazing. I hired it overnight from Video Ezy and I am sure I’m going to buy it this or next month. Probably the best way to let you know is to give you some examples below you can watch and see just how fun it is! I’ve only played a few Wii games but this one I will highly recommend.
Last night I met up with Mil and her friends Duane and Mel at The Globe in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. We went to see Angelspit live in concert along with Baal, Monster Zoku Onsomb and Empty Art.
It was a really good night. Empty Art had some good songs. I’ve not seen them before. Monster Zoku Onsomb were crazy insane people with catchy music but entertained everyone dancing around, jumping, doing the Chicken Dance and the girls slapping the bum of the lead singer guy who had a zipped up "Gimp" mask a’la TISM. Following them were Baal whom were not bad, but the lead singer screamed through most of it and nobody could understand any actual lyrics. But the one we were all waiting for was Angelspit! They really rocked the show and everyone was having a fantastic time. DestroyX (the female singer) is really cute, too! I really enjoyed myself and had a wonderful night out.
